Refund and Returns Policy

At Sofa and Curtains, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Receipt: Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at returns@sofaandcurtains.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a replacement due to damage or defect, please contact us at exchanges@sofaandcurtains.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@sofaandcurtains.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs associated with the return.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
